Household limit on clad Kennedy set = 5 with no mintage limit: http://catalog.usmint.gov/webapp/wc...productId=17198&langId=-1&parent_category_rn=
Order limit is 5 per household for all 3 sets: http://www.usmint.gov/pressroom/?action=press_release&id=1592 As I stated earlier, silver set will be out last (Fall 2014). Stay tuned. TC
Good question. The press release I linked to does not say. If it is 5 at ANA, they will sell out quickly.
It's been working for me all through the time frame you mentioned. This happened to me before and I had to reboot my computer to get on their site.
It make sense for the silvers to come out closer to November & JFK's assassination, but if the Mint likes issuing new sets at major shows, we might see them available at the next Long Beach Expo...?
i haven't been able to log on through my normal browser (Firefox) for several weeks. I can only log on thru Internet Explorer now... In Firefox if I choose the logon link, it takes me to a completely blank page.
Mine has been doing the same thing... Can get to the main page and pressroom stuff but nothing in the catalog - always comes up with error page with everything else - login etc... sucks. This is an interesting offering. Even thinking of making the trip to the ANA show... Any idea how many they may bring to the show? Would hate to make the trip only to have them all sell out, then have to order online after everyone else has and wait 6 months for them to show up. Heck ordered my HOF baseball coins first day at like 5pm and they just showed up yesterday!

As pointed out in some other thread, if these were offered in CnClad AND 90% Silver, they'd be HUGE WINNERS!
http://www.coinworld.com/insights/kennedy-half-dollar-does-not-resonate-like-it-did-in-the-past.html The annual silver and clad proof sets would never look the same without the Kennedy half.
From US Mint Facebook page today: "To ensure fair and equitable distribution of the 2014 50th Anniversary Kennedy Half-Dollar Gold Proof Coin, the product will be sold based on consumer demand." TC
I was very close to buying a plane ticket from LAX to O'hare, but the number of people already talking about flying to the show is astronomical. I predict the US Mint's booth won't have enough gold to last 4 hours.
