Military Payment new pick up Series 661 10 Cents (PCGS 69PPQ)

Here,s another new one i just added to by registry set at PCGS this particular note
Is not rare in normal grades however there is none graded as high as this one
As a matter of fact this is the only 69PPQ ever graded by either PCGS or PMG
With a population of one!
