I bought a PCSG graded coin but the search for the certification number yields no results? Should I freak out?

not necessarily if it was a recently graded coin within let say the past 20-30 days its they probably have not updated there online registry yet so give it a bit of time then see

Don't freak out yet. Do you have an image of the slab?

I've seen this a bunch of times, in fact, I've seen PCGS cert bring up the totally wrong coin. There are errors, and I have contacted them as I find them.

I've got a Texas commem in an old green holder that don't show up either. I e-mailed them (PCGS) but they never responded. I'm not worried about it as I bought the coin from a very reputable (900fine) dealer.........
