I just finished my little write up of the June 2014 Long Beach Coin Show. Let me apologize in advance for a lack of good Coin Porn this time. You'll just have to forgive me and wait for the ANA in August!

Nice write up I'm glad your feeling better was hoping for some great coin porn but in a way I'm glad as I can't buy anything now as I have to focus all my time and money on my businesses. In August I can play again!! Like the Morgans but their too monochromatic for me like the 1799 $10 tho!!

It's on my list to first make it to a show at all me and a fellow Maine ct member are talking about going to a local show I want to scope it out about possibly setting up too and I'm hoping to maybe take a road trip to a show maybe in the fall Atlanta maybe?

 

Chicago has some big shows if you're going to make a big trip, too!

nice write up. some coin porn is better than no coin porn lol. I liked that $5 dollar silver certificate best. wow nice. someday I will make it to long beach.

 

I would if I could the August show is the exact same time as the biggest antique show of the year I do which gives me a large cash infusion to buy coins I was driving home from there last year on the back roads of New Hampshire and pulling off to the side of the road to bid on stuff on ha live!! I missed one coin when I had no service and had been outbid

 

Ouch! "Bidding and driving", that's a new one to me!

But I don't drive and I hate traveling. Wouldn't mind flying, but it's expensive and a 100 mile trip one way just to get to the airport.

I wish they hurry up and perfect that transporter/transfer booth/ door with a capital D thingy.
