Looks more like a plating bubble to me than a die gouge, you can kind of see that the plating cracked along the same direction on the coin. But if there are multiple identical examples then I would think die issue (die gouge, dent, etc).
hard to say what going on with all the die cracks, good one for potter, and yes, its not inverted, I thought it could be a bubble, but not sure
That looks more like a crack in the plating as well. You can see if you continue along it's path to the upper right of the coin, it passes right through the anomaly which would make sense because I think the anomaly is likely a plating issue/plating bubble...
