Hi all, It looks like this guys has two different listings for the same coin: http://www.ebay.com/itm/PURE-22K-GO...2221089?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item486599c321 http://www.ebay.com/itm/FLOWING-HAI...0053203?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item2ed14e1dd3 It also seems to me like this seller has a never ending supply of 1/2 escudo gold coins. Has anyone else noticed this? -StephenS
You ask on the first one and I'll ask on the second if it's the acutal coin the winner will receive. The pics in both listing are identical but then that could just be a "stock photo." there's nothing in the listing to indicate that it's the actual coin to be received. I think it's worth the question. UPDATE: When I went to ask the question on the second coin, the answers to questions states "The coin shown in the picture/s will be the actual coin you receive." The first listing has exactly the same statement. There is a three hour difference in the end times of the auctions. Might be a scam...I wouldn't bid on it.
I am going to go out on a limb here and say it's likely a simple mistake. After all, the guy does have 537 other listings.
I've seen that happen before with sellers who list large quantities. Just make sure you're bidding on the 1st listing or you may just get your $ back on the 2nd.
Sorry, misunderstood. It is kinda weird that all of the auctions are private. He's got a ton of positive feedback though.
