Would you rather find the 1969 DDO with the worst case of road rash, or an authentic 1943 copper cent that has spent 60+ years in the ground, with extremely heavy corrosion?
3 cent silver better design IMO and +$10,000 you can buy so many coins with that amount. 1943 copper bragging rights
I'll join in I'd take the bent coin the 3cent silver and spend the $10k on raw coins I got no problem buying raw if I can see in hand And as to the headless ilympic dollar and Michael boltons greatest hits both should be holed then bent then bent again and finally melted I greatly prefer listening to iron maidens greatest hits!!
1794 Flowing Hair. I do have a few Morgans, though honestly they really don't appeal to me all that much. They are a nice classic coin, but I prefer much older silver.
Me too on the flowing hair would you rather have a bent willow tree sixpence or a holed 1792 half disme?
Three cent silvers all the way.. Would you rather have an MS 1795 Flowing Hair Dollar, or your pinky finger not chopped off to the top knuckle?
Ill take the holed and bent flying eagle and I'd lose my left pinky I've got 9 more fingers but my current 1795 dollar is only vf
Trade Dollar all the way. I don't dislike Morgans, but when I look at all the 19th-century pattern dollars, I always wonder why they went with the Morgan - there were so many more handsome designs available. The Trade Dollar has a certain unrivaled classical beauty, and I find its history in commerce much more intriguing than that of the Morgan.
