    Is this dime an error?

The "W" in "We..." is touching the rim and it's a bit cut-off. The rim over the edge of the W is still fully there. Thanks in advance. P1030686.JPG P1030686.JPG P1030687.JPG

Post a straight shot of the coin. Hard to tell when you don't show off center part. Also post a picture of the reverse. It may just be a mis-aligned die(MAD).

I found another one like it, so I'm beginning to think it's common...

They are. Anything under 5%offset is common and let through by the mint. Anything over 10% is a eye grabber

Well, first off, off-center coins need photo's of obv AND reverse to insure that it's actually offset and not simply a Misaligned Die (MAD).

Second off, if there is any question on whether or not a coin is an offcenter strike, then it usually is not.

Judging from your photo's, you have a minor MAD coin.

I can't really see the off center dime.:meh:
