We picked this coin up checking junk silver at a local B&M shop for melt price. It has a heck of a hit in the field between L and I of LIBERTY but other wise cleaned up pretty good. I never would have thought it would make the "plate" coin on PCGS' CoinFacts... But it did. http://www.pcgs.com/Cert/28332984.html http://www.pcgscoinfacts.com/Coin/Detail/391379/66
It will stay one the first page until newly graded examples eventually push it into the "View All Coin Images" page. Nice looking coin.
Order was just finalized at PCGS today, they haven't mailed it back yet...... If you go to the link in the cert number of the coin and then the link to coinfacts, holding your cursor over the coin blows up the image enough to see the splits on B, E, and the hair above forehead. https://www.pcgs.com/Membership/order.html?SubmissionNo=7121466&Year=2014
Thanks -- The rest of the submission was good too, the 1966 FS-103 in PCGS SP68 and the 1966 FS-102 in PCGS SP67+ were each $30 raw pick ups plus the 1970-S FS-102 in PCGS 66DCAM was an ebay pickup for $45 in an old ANACS 67CAM holder
