Sadistic Polishing Cent rev

Almost looks like they were after clash, but the remaining hi areas don't seem to be in typical clash locations .... The obverse isn't polished or clashed.

Definitely looks like they were trying to buff out a clash. Let me guess, early 80s?

can't determine a coin with out the face and tail.

 

83, but the 'clash ' isn't in the right location, and they must have paired it with a new obverse.

 

a full coin with a front and back will do the job and determination here

 

The clash is probably slightly misaligned. I almost guessed 83. I knew it was one of the earlier 80s dates.

 

What ... precisely ... do you think you intend to convey by that? Thanks
