    No the adjustment marks were mint made and they didn't details for that is vf -30 pcgs I've never seen one detail graded for adjustment marks and I've see quite a few

    H8_modern Attracted to small round-ish art

    I know ownership adds a few points to every coin but I really think this coin has adjustment marks but NGC says it's damage. Funny how the scratches are only on lady liberty and none in the low points of the field.
