fr 233 black eagle errors

Im hoping there there is a error or variety for this note i can research. I believe i paid a little to much. My note is not in good condition at all. Ive just started collecting some paper. Just examples of certain kinds mostly silver certs and red seals.

I seen the date as 1899. So i baught ir, it wasenr intill i got home that i found out that wasent thw date the actual date is between 1915 and 1919. If i would have none tjat wasent the date i would not have baught it.

The question is the title. I was in a hurry this morning waiting to go to work. I did not post pictures. Ill reword the question. Is there anything.( variety/error) That would make a torn up folded ugly series 1899 worth $15

 

Yes i know this now. The combination of signatures makes it between 1915 and 1919 teehee and burke

 

I'd pay $15 for almost any Black Eagle. Post a picture when you can and we'll let you know how well you did with this purchase...
