No gold % marking on reverse in my Krause, It looks real enough to me, it might have been worn in a bezel as a jewelry piece, causing the wear and cleaning.
Those are not casting bumps, it's just a grainy photo of a coin that had rough cleaning (as the listing states). As far as authenticity it looks just fine.
