Was taking pics of some proof sets I'm trying to get rid of and ran across these coins in a 99 clad set. Sorry about the lint, the Jeff is my favorite. Too Cool

 

Very nice, love the blue fields.

 

m2, seen a lot of this on 90s silver first one I've see on a clad set

 

I don't think I've see the purple tint in the cent and right. That is really cool

 

The pictures are not great, I will post more when I get the coin......but it looks to be a spectacular toner. In MS64RB with a photoseal by Rick Snow. Should fit my set very nicely.

 

I'd see if I could get that restored before it spreads..

 

I don't remember if I've posted this here before or not, but whenver I think of the most beautiful toned coin I've ever seen, it's always this one ... Morgan 50c Pattern piece that broke my heart when it sold. NGC PF 66.




And a crappier pic but it shows the colors better ... took this one right before handing it off to its new owner.


Both the obv and rev had that exact same spectacular color pallet. <3

but there is a few that you can buy reasonably price for mintage.
I know this 1 is not

Bud look at a few 5C Thur Quarter some patten coin are a reasonable price if you look at how were minted

 

My 1954 Roosevelt NGC MS67 had a fight with a pepper shaker...
