Or start a new one. It would make sense though to put notgeld and kriegsgeld coins here, while notes may be better off in the paper money forum ...

In all the 50+ years I have been collecting I`ve never had one of these WWII Allied Occupation France 2 Francs 1944., not that I`ve been actively looking for one but with a mintage of 50,000,000 I thought I might have happened upon one.
Anyhow I did the other day and although it is brass someone thought it was a good idea to gold plate it, so its ruined.
I am now searching for a genuine unaltered one

 

Never had one of these either sadly it is heavily worn.



This one is nicely toned.

I now need the 20`s but they are scarcer and more expensive if bought at auction.

Another beautiful top pop Irish coin to add to my collection. This one in an NGC MS66 holder. Practically stole this one off eBay.

 

I sure like the top 10 Piastres coin. great design.

just bought this off Ebay.
2013 Ichkeria, 20 Kopek, fantasy coinage. 25mm, spider coin:

 

Very Nice!!!! MS66 is a good grade If I may ask? what did you pay on eBay? $20.00 or less? I know how this sounds but ya never know til your asked.

 

My last one from a half roll I picked up in Berlin Germany 1976-1977 so its not a new buy just 1 that will be graded by Pcgs. I will post it when it's back.

 

Not quite that low. I gave about $38 including shipping.
