I received this coin as a gift from my Grandmother. I don't know anything about it, so I was hoping that some of you could tell me what it is and approximately what it's worth? The weight is 13.66 grams and the diameter is about 26mm. Thanks for your help!
It appears to be a bronze of Antoninus Pius with crossed cornucopiae/caduceus reverse. The style looks authentic, and it could be valuable, but I can't go any further without better pics, the weight, and diameter.
The denomination of the coin is an "as" rather than a sestertius. I like the coin and I would add it to my collection for $100 or less, but a specialist in the coins of Antoninus Pius might pay considerably more if he needed to fill a hole.
What do you mean by "considerably more"? Could you give me an approximate range in value? Also, is there an area on this site where I could sell or trade this coin? I know there are places to sell and trade US coins, but I don't know about Ancient coins. Thank you so much for your help!

It's the nature of the game. Most of the 'retail' coins were acquired from auction at a lower price. Anyone who avoids auctions because 'they're too expensive' is a fool.

Condition is everything. If the OP coin is worth the same as the CNG/Owen coin, I'm in the wrong hobby.
