1957, 1957B, 1935E Silver Certificates Value?

    the 1957 is in horrible condition, so its just worth $1
    the 1957B is a star note, and is also in bad condition, so its worth about $1.50
    the 1935E Is in better condition, its worth $2-$2.25

    Yeah he threw these in at face value so I wasn't risking any money

    That alone should have told you they were not worth more than face value. If I had them I would spend them and let some unsuspecting cashier get excited about finding something so old still in circulation.

    Someone will want them may not be much but good collectible pieces are rarely cheap. Maybe a starter for a new collector.

    I disagree. Although they are low end and not worth much...there still is some value here. Not a lot, but some. This would be a nice starter set for someone looking to start a collection. I'll bet you could get $5 or so for the lot, with only $3 invested there is some profit there. It might not be worth eBay fees, but perhaps another selling venue might work. Heck, you could throw them up for sale here in the "for sale" section.
