I'm pretty sure that the problem occured when the seller's refund did not clear before the case was escalated and eBay refunded the buyer. I wonder if this would have happened if Agilmore01's refund had cleared instantly?
You are exactly right. It didn't clear completely until last night. He thought I didn't send one. It was sent as an echeck since I didn't have the funds in my paypal account and they had to draft my bank account, and that takes 3-5 days. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk
Sorry, you got bad advise on this thread. I tried to state earlier, that it's best to let the process run it's course. People are so terrified about getting negative feedback they will let buyers walk all over them. If you would of let the process run it's course, you probably would of won the case. I have had almost the same thing happen to me, and I won.
