From the photos , AU-50, details, cleaned /altered surfaces .

 

I would say about a 35, but the color seems messed with.

Hats off! Never would have guessed it's a fake, but, I did wonder why the head shows so many details, yet, they appear to be so weakly struck. You can see diamonds, but , not very well.

 

The Chinese are going to really hurt the coin collecting hobby. I even saw some gold coins for 1.80

 

Before I read through I had thought this was a chinafeit (c).

 

Looks like a pretty obvious counterfeit.
