If you go back further in the price history, you might see that the pricing errors were for the months preceding Aug2013. Either that, or NGC adjusted the prices to reflect the acceptance of PCGS graded coins into the NGC registry. Auction history for PCGS MS66RD 2010 were in the $70-$200 range during 2012-2013, whereby NGC MS66RD coin sales seemed to linger in the sub-$20 range for 2012.

At the end 2013 Teletrade was sold to Stacks&Bower....
eBay is using a long known sale pitch Tv drills "everything is cheap at eBay
    98 % are cheaper.
But that not happening today $140.+++ is Far to High money wise.
    I am sure there a few MS-67RD-68RD????
still wrapped in rolls that have been sealed, needing a grade a coin by a Tpg.

Nope, but that's because it isn't.

    There are 3 MS69RD, 49 MS67RD and 2938 MS66RD coins in the NGC census.
There are 1 MS67RD, 1 MS66+RD and 73 MS66RD coins in the PCGS population report. So, there are less PCGS MS66+ & PCGS MS67 coins in "circulation" than there are NGC MS69 coins. That's the reason for the price disparity. Since those NGC MS69 coins aren't being crossed to PCGS MS67/68/69, the perception will remain that the NGC MS67 is approximately equivalent to a PCGS MS66.

Oh, and jello, I think it must be companies that are submitting the coins en masse with "grade MS66 or higher" requirements. I think that brings the grading fees down significantly.

One more reason to support the theory many people collect plastic, not metal.

No due to Age 2009 US Mint sold Lincoln P+D set of Lp1-4 + 2010 Shield Cent LP5 P+D mint wrapped sealed boxes.
2012 Coin World showed mintage if I recall it was 1.5 or up to 2million set sold ! What do them rolls hold is the question I ask self.

That's the entire point behind the registries. This is why I'm a proponent of the belief that NGC coins will continue to lag PCGS coin prices for the same grade coin, so long as they allow for PCGS coins to score in the NGC Registry:
    Supply-driven pricing.

To get the maximum score in the NGC Registry, you'll need either a PCGS MS/PR70 or an NGC MS/PF70 coin. (Yes, I realize there are DCAM / Ultra Cameo designations, but I'm trying to simplify.) To get the maximum score in the PCGS Registry, you need a PCGS MS/PR70 coin. Since the PCGS coin counts for both registries, you get to buy the top score with a single purchase. If you opted for an NGC coin, you'd still need to acquire the PCGS top coin to score the best in both registries.
