2009 P state qaurter, major doubling obverse? Double Die?

You can see strong doubling in the neck too but I took pic w/ my cell phone couldn't seem to get it on the pic

its not a ddo its die fatigue shelf doubling.. its cool tho I have one I found inpocket change...

 

if you feel diff the ultimate tie break send it to pcgs or get a conceca experts opinion..

 

So probably not as cool as Edo, I'm not even close to an expert so ithoughtt I'd seek some advice

 

take some more images, close ups of motto, date, washington, don't know what state you have, but, photo that to, then ask your questions

 

This is simply push doubling which is probably the most common type of MD.
