Egypt tiny silver coin help.

    I need help to identify this Egyptian silver coin.
    It weighs 1.2 grams and if I`m reading correctly it is dated AH1255//12 (AD1849) and is either a Qirsh or a Para denomination.
    I can`t find another looking at pictures in my Krause with stars around the design on either side.
    Any help including KM # would be appreciated.

    because i speak Arabic so i can read the coin and it says (made by Islamic Constantine )
