So, a coin store recently let me pick through their "junk" silver. So I picked a few mercury dimes at $2 each. Mainly because of the bands. If I can get access to a better camera, that would focus...

    Anyways, here's the list. On a scale of 1 - 70.

    1. 1934 W, FSB, 50.
    2. 1935 W, FSB, 30 +-5.
    3. 1945 W, PSB, 55.
    4. 1941 W, PSB, 35.
    5. 1943 (no clear mint mark), PSB, 25.

    Thanks guys!

    Now I feel embarrassed...
    They're all P's except for the PSB 1943, which is a D.

The W on the obverse, is not a mint mark.

That appears on the reverse between the E in ONE and the branch.

The W is the initial of the designer's last name, Adolph A. Weinman.

    Pics would really help.

I can't get it to focus for the life of me, but the bands are there. Just wanted a value estimate, not planning to sell or send to be graded.

I think they might be at least worth a small premium... Full split bands and partial split bands still command a premium, even on the newer not UNC. If I did my research correctly.

I guess it all depends. On ebay you can probably get more, but a dealer will pay melt

It would help even more if you took them out of the bag and photographed them.

But, they look like melt value.

As far as "partial" split bands, there is no designation, they're either full or they're not.
