I don't know if physical crypto currency is exonumia or not but this is a paper wallet for 500 Dogecoins. It's how some of the ebay sellers meet the physical product rule on ebay. Although most simply ignore the rule and just send the Doges to your phone wallet.
They are souvenir/advertising pieces for the said expo, like they say the RR ones sometimes claim they are made from the aluminum used in the named train cars. Which technically they are, very nice examples.
Some interesting stuff Kansas. The "H" is a transportation token of course. I can't give you a value on it because I don't have my references anymore. Most are fairly common,but on the other hand, some are scarce and worth money. The Chamber of Commerce is likely a token struck by the group to help scare up business in their town.
