I got one of these, wondering if it has any extra value. I know it is probably worth about $20 if it is real. Weighs 1.010 ounces, pretty close to the 1 ounce it has written on it. Thanks!

In 2002 , an ounce of silver was about $5, so he was using it as an advertising token, probably selling them at a slight premium to silver and taking them for $10 in trade, which was probably on his side of the profit. Some might find collector value in it above the price of silver.
That's a silver round I would definitely like to have one of. I don't know if I'd pay much of a premium for it.
I'm sure you can sell that for a nice premium. All you have to do is find a "penny lady" or "penny woman".
