I found this 1985 P and a 1988 D that "seem' to have DDO . The 1985 specifically seems to be more obvious. I have little experience with pictures . I scanned these coins . Never mind the 1936 Lincoln cent. It just happened to be there with the dimes and I scanned all three. Are they Double die in any way ? Some of the "In God WE Trust" is filled . How do I make the images BIG ? Like some I have seen here? Does it have any added value ? Or be more collectible for these reasons?
I don't like your attitude. Are you calling me stupid ? I happened to mention why the pics were not good. I don't need a smart Edited: Rules violation, language telling me about it. Don't YOU ever answer one of my questions....
nice guy. FYI: I was telling you that it is a doubled die, not double die. 2) Where am I calling you stupid? Except in your reply to me. 3) Don't worry. I'll block your posts. Lastly: grow up. If you don't want to learn, don't ask. twelve posts and you have an attitude already. Bye.
As it was pointed out the term is Doubled Die, not double die. In any case, after downloading your image and cropping it to enlarge it, I see no signs of any doubling, including MD. What you have are two, well circulated dimes worth $.10.
The threads belong to the forum, not the member writing it. Forum members can answer any thread they wish as long as they stay within the rules. If you have a camera, you can try taking a photo through a magnifying lens. Varieties such as Doubled dies, etc. are usually extremely difficult to see otherwise. Jim
