I found this earlier and just got off coppercoins.com and couldnt find the DDO that matched this one. The only one that it resembles some parts of is the 1972P DDO #4 http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/diestate.php?date=1972&die_id=1972p1do004&die_state=eds
The last coin shown on Wexler's 1972 page is the doubled master die. http://www.doubleddie.com/384301.html
Seriously, Tim? Hijacking the OP to call us all rookies and re-evaluate your coin, which you are now posting in a thread that you didn't start? If you want serious answers from the members here, this is not the best way to go about looking for them. FWIW, I don't see any doubling on your coin.
Some posts deleted. Lets stick to the original topic , and accusative, personal comments. Tim start your own thread or add to one of your others. Thanks
why dont You start your own thread? like all of a sudden people are coming on my thread with alot of madness. SMH
There are no "My " threads. Threads belong to all the forum members, AS long they stay very close to the subject as determined by the moderators, in this case "1972 P Double die cents". Play nice.
I don't know anything about these so called "double dies", but I have heard of doubled dies... (pet peeve. )
This young man's addition to this thread does not come anywhere close to the head-shaking madness you yourself have delivered us. He is relatively new here and surely didn't mean to offend anyone, so please… cut him a break.
what head shaking madness? cause I post alot of good finds so I dont know what You talking about seriously! I dont have to always agree what You guys tell my coins are cause over 5 times You guys were wrong and that would of been five times I threw good finds back. People been getting on my thread with ridiculousness like pipes being frozen and post in this thread about getting walls fixed.
