Nasty scratch or Error?

    As I have mentioned in other posts I'm selling off all my excess coins and stamps. Time to clean house as it was and as I'm going through the thousand upon thousands of Wheat pennies I'm coming across some odd ones and even though 1929 doesn't show any error's in the books I have I would like your opinions. I think just a nasty scratch?
