You are still not getting it, so let me try again. There will be 2 (TWO) sets that are released this year that contain SILVER PROOF quarters. The first went on sale yesterday and is the set you were referring to. It is called the SILVER PROOF QUARTER SET.

Also, there will be another set released later this year called the SILVER PROOF SET, which contains all of the circulating U. S. coins for 2014. This means the SILVER PROOF quarters will be included in that also. This is the set the people were talking about when they said they would not be ordering the SILVER PROOF QUARTER SET because they will be getting the quarters in the SILVER PROOF SET.

If that's a question, yes, officially. Every year the same 2 sets are offer, with the same silver quarters. Most wait to buy the whole proof set, as sales results show.

 

In addition to the silver quarter proof set the OP is referring to and the annual silver proof set others are referring to, the silver quarters are also available in the limited edition silver proof set as well. TC

 

Which I also don't buy because I buy the coins in other sets. Anyone here tired of all the different packaging options for the same coins?
