I believe the images are highly juiced.

 

That slab looks pretty normal to me, but that coin is definitely bright there too.

 

The pics on NGC's cert check page are horrible, just dark blobs. If they had used some decent lighting someone might be able to verify that it is the same coin.

 

I bet it don't look like that in hand.

But Wait ! NGC says there is a DDO, although I don't see a double die. I do see a doubling on the "Y" in Liberty. But this is just me, watta I know ?
