Sorry to disappoint the cat. But Fair Warning, some will be taking a time out if they continue with their failed anger management posts. If you want better coin related posts, THEN produce a thread about COINS rather than more adventures on eBay, and society's "unfair" treatment of yourself.

It isn't about "adventures on eBay." It's about who can make the most snarky, sometimes under-handed remark and get a dozen likes for it...

 

What doesn't work? With all of the information available through the internet. Off the top of my head...

What years did the mint use 2 sizes of mintmarks on the same type of coins ( such as Lincolns or dimes)? Why?

How and why did the first slabs come about?

What are some of the famous folklore misunderstandings of images or letters on US coins and currency. How did the "Eye" come about?

Is there really die doubling with the single squeeze method and how is it different ( if any)?

etc.

Guys let's just all cool it down. No need for all of this really. The main issue of this thread seems to have a resolution the OP is satisfied with, which was to gain opinions on his situation.

Ok, that is yours: research, maybe read some of the slabcollector's websites, some of your own slab collecting experts, write a thread, and see how the information comes together.
