1983 Lincoln cent reverse error?

    a few of the 84 P cents have a doubled ear , as far as I know none of the 84D cents have a doubled ear

    Looks as a die crack, that started, then formed a cud, from the edge. The crack extends into the building between the third and second columns. On the second level of the building, @ the fifth column, from the left is a slight crack. Last, the extreme right, on the building, is another crack extending to the right. A deteriorating die, yes. There are other cracks.
