Foreign coins in the bag

For me, coin roll hunting includes not only going through old paper wrapped rolls but also examining bags and cans of coins I get. Sometimes what is inside a bag of old pennies or quarters isn't what I expected to see. These were in a tin of mixed coins I was given. Some of them I have seen before or already have, some are 'new' designs for me and I had to look them up.

    For your amusement..

This one I have no idea what it is. If anyone knows, please feel free to tell us. Both sides pictured.

Okay. A 1989 coin, issued to commemorate the war with Iraq, if I found the correct one.
