No offense to you, but I have a feeling those images are not doing that lovely lady any justice. ;)
I would love to see it in all it's toned glory.

Great looking Walker Bill! I agree with Greg, me thinks the colors are a lot nicer than what appears in the photo.

The color and the pr 67 grade was why I bought it I didn't think the price was too awful either

Slightly disappointing in hand G :( she has a fairly deep scratch above the reverse 'C' in America extending all the way through the lower leg of the 'A' in State. Staple for sure. Missed it in the pictures, and likely what held this coin back from a 65 grade IMO. I cant fall in love with a coin flawed like this, shes a beauty still, but i have slight buyers remorse. The luster is outta sight though and shes fairly clean otherwise. Some weak striking in some places, but overall a decent SLQ and I will make her at home in my collection. She probably wont stick around forever though, she will likely make her way to the upgrade pile in the near future depending on when I find a suitable replacement.

(Oh and I rarely complain over receiving a coin, but im just a little bummed on this one, had high hopes and that scratch dashed it out of me)

Also, clearly NOT a Full Head, not even really all that close IMO

You sure it's a scratch and not a die crack? Wouldn't it be a details grade if it was a scratch?

Its for sure a scratch, very prominently gouged and cutting across the A like it does. I imagine its just borderline enough to have passed the details designation although thats just about what I consider it from my perspective.

That was about the only major mark i remember seeing which may be why it passed as a 63, i also think the placement of the scratch is why it got a clean grade and not a details. Its kind of well hidden in the letters and not on the obverse or through the eagle or anything. I dont know though, its definitely not a die crack though

Wow what a string of toned stunners lately in this thread that 82-s Morgan and that seated half are great! Great 80- s too! And several other great toned Morgan's I'd be proud to own and I'm remembering a nice seated quarter too looks like this is turning into post your latest toned beauty :) keep it up!!
