I sent an email to the only one I have for him. Hopefully he will reply.

Edited... was a failure notice with it. I suspect he created that email to talk with us. I can look and see if I still have the address and send a card. Until then, perhaps just wait to see if he replies. I don't think he will, because Herman wasn't a coin collector really, but if he follows what some people do, it's possible he might log on sometime, more likely around the anniversary of Koen's passing. I know I think about my brother mostly on his birthday and his date of death (of which, today happens to be that date).

I will also look at my records for the info used for sending flowers to Koen's family. If I have it still, I'll pm it to you tomorrow. Seems I also had an email address for Herman, separate from the CoinTalk address he had.. As I recall he wasn't much of a computer guy.. Will let you know if I am able to help. Nice idea, nice to remember Koen. Holidays are a time for remembrance, at least for me.

Well, I found "A" Herman Molemans from Belgium on facebook and sent him a message. Gotta get ready for work so I'll look more into it later.

 

I've got Koen's old address but idk if it would be useful (if the family would still get mail from that address) and I'm rather hesitant to just ship it over there w/0 anyone in the family knowing.

 

Well, THAT Herman Molemans saw my message at 1:18 pm but did not respond, so I might be out of luck. I don't want to send anything to an address that may not be the right one.

 

I could try sending a letter to the family to that address and see if I get a reply... if you care to pm it to me.

 

I pmed you and have not gotten a confirmation reply.

I'd give him some time to respond to you instead of taking it into the thread. I know he reserves the right to decide who can participate, not sure if length of forum membership is included within making that decision. But as Caz decides these things I'm sure he has probably just been busy and will personally reply to your message when he has the time.

 

It just says that we would get a reply stating they for our information and I sent it after I had my 55 required posts. Jeez
