AH1223 Ottoman coin,is it Turkey coin?

I bought a strange coin yesterday. I only know that it is a Ottoman coin(AH 1223), but I can not find it in "Standard Catalog of world coins". Could you please give me some suggestion?

what is the size of your coin in millimeters ??

 

the diameter is 22 millimeters, and weight is 0.84g around. ths!

 

I could not find it either. weird. i see some that looks like your in my 19th centeury Krause catalog but not exactly the same. i will keep searching.
