1982 Lincoln Cent Clash

    Can anyone tell me what kind of clash is this?

    Looks like a typical, 1 event die clash that has been partially abraded away.

    Are you sure it's not two events, noncents? If not it had to be a very strong clash.

    Also in the 4th. photo You can see the clash of lincolns head is that normal?

    I think what you are seeing in the first photo that looks like 2 events is actually just the design in the jacket.

    It's normal for stronger clashes. Here is a similar "strong" clash on an '82 small date:

    I thought it was the fold in the jacket at first, but that should be a clash of the shoulder next to the "Y" in LIBERTY. On second thought, I just found one similar to Tommy's. It's just shifted over a little. Sorry about that, noncents.
