Everything I suppose. I don't think is matches any of the reverses of the year on the obverse which it why I want no preconceptions.
Can you get some pictures that are more clear? These hurt my eyes, even with clear pictures not sure I could identify the year or reverse.
Well, IF it's authentic (no opinion) it looks like it has to be the reverse of a draped bust cent 1796-1807, because of the barely discernable 1/100 at the bottom.
1803, 1804 or 1807. If you have another date on the front, it is either fake or a rare coin that isn't yet known. ffrickey - i only have updated your range because i'm judging it to be a large fraction (i.e. the 1 in the 1/100 is large in size).
