2002 P ohio quarter. really nice error....but what is it?

    90 percent of the edge is plain with just a little reeded showing. what is this? BTW I got this in CW roll. I also got one roll of CW dollar coins. 5 susan b in the roll and one was a wide rim near date. thanks in advance on the info.

    Partial collar strike. The collar was not properly aligned with the dies when the coin was struck. Commonly referred to as a "railroad rim". Nice pickup.
