Upgraded a coin in my collection from a VF/XF to this.... I'm guessing at least AU if not MS What do you think Will post better pictures will I have the coin in hand.
Something about high value raw copper always scares me. I'm only seeing it on my tablet, and can't really tell, but I bet dollars to doughnuts there's a reason it's not in a slab.
its not a S~ VDB so... even if you kept it in oppourtune conditions it would still have contactlines or something I need a few more pics to grade but just from these shots you have atleaset MS64+,ms65
It reminds me of a Matte proof coin, but none are listed, except for the 1909's, they had satin or matte finishes on the proofs.
it just the photos, the obverse has a baby blue color, and the reverse has a lite purple color, that why it looks cleaned, or detailed, even the stand the coin sits on is two different colors
Here it is.... the pictures above are deceiving to it's color and also hides the wear very well Sellers pictures my iphone pictures What do you think now that we have slightly better pictures? Obviously not MS Just contacted the seller to see how he got the color to appear to be the RED that showed up in the pictures in his listing. Trying to figure out if it's even the same coin..... The color in hand and the color in the pictures is SOOOOO far off, it's unreal.
ok, it is the same coin, after blowing up the picture and looping the coin, I see that they are the same but, man... the color Don't get it!
I would go AU on it, but the difference between AU and XF money is moot. But talk about doctored pictures .............
there some really good programs out there, here what I can-do with one of my programs their all the same photos too
