I've never heard the term "die steel" before. Is this terminology used to describe some phenomenon of Ikes?
No in 1971 the W-1, (Reverse) was a steel die used on some of the 1971-s ikes, I guess, it was for the world on the reverse of the ike dollar
To me it sounds like if true, it could have a 71 reverse, I guess, and hopefully RVD-007, which is rare on a 71s, thats why I took photos of the eagle tail, so I could match it up to this reverse (RVD-007)
