Any of you ancient guys able to help me out here. I don`t collect ancient stuff and have very little knowledge of them. These two were in a 3 kilo mixed lot I bought today. The first one is silver and weighs 3.3 grams it has been partially sliced or clipped The bronze one with verdigris has also had a slight accident and weighs 3.2 grams I think it has been double struck as it appears to have two sets of eyes, although I must say I have partaken in several glasses of Chianti this evening LOL
First coin - Domitian denarius. IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM PM TR P VII, laureate head right / IMP XIIII COS XIIII CENS P P P, Minerva standing left holding spear Sear #2731 Coin is dated AD 88 I'll let someone take a stab at the bronze.
Second is Constantine the Great, Jupiter on reverse, SOLI INVICTO COMITI. Hard to tell how the obverse legend ends because of the doubling - looks like an unintentional bouncing die double strike.

those are cool coins davey, i saw them in that world coin lot you posted and was going to ask what they were. i think obverse is IMP CONSTANTIVS PF AVG, i think that one is rome mint (RT in ex?)
The bronze looks like its just hard copper deposits, not verdigris. If its hard and not fuzzy then take it out of the oil, its fine. Alot of ancients get blotchy deposits.
