Looks like a HEAVILY worn Maundy piece, 1 1/2 pence coin. I'd guess 1839 vs. 1859, based on the obverse design.

I believe this answer is correct. It is probably KM 728 and dated 1839. The mintage in this case was 760,000 and the value in this condition is possibly below $5. The coins were struck for use in places like Jamaica and Ceylon. I hope this information is some help.
