Other than the "1996 W" dime, what other non-gold coins would have the "W"? Just the silver dollars?

What is a reasonable price from a dealer for one of these dollar coins? Around $33 or is he ripping me off?

Really? Why? Not many made I guess?

What was the the price for the 2013 2-coin set? Wasn't it like $133?

$33 for any silver eagle that has the W mint mark is a good price. The bullion versions have no mint mark but are extremely common and $33 would be overpriced for those.

This year's 2 coin special proof set was $140. You can also get the standard 2013 proof from the mint still for $53, or the burnished coin with W mintmark from the mint for $44.

It was included with the 1995 Gold Proof set as a freebie. The Mint actually gave you an option to accept it or not. I'm not sure who said no to the free coin, though.
