These zinc cents are rough. If not a die chip it’s a stain.

 

(For those who might not know)
FYI - Cuds, Die Chips, Die Breaks and Die Cracks are issues that occur because of voids on the Die.
It's never extra nor added metal on the planchet.
When the Die with the problem strikes the Blank Planchet the metal flows into the void of the Die leaving a raised area of the struck coin.
