Siggi, Your new shop looks fantastic. Please tell me that your sign for the shop is the same as your avatar, because your avatar is as cool as the other side of the pillow. Paul
I spent about 1 hour Iceland @ Air Force base refueling on MAC flight going home 1975 or 1976 . All I could see was Snow and runways.
Hi jello It must have been in the winter .....Where you refueled was in my home town of Keflavik ...its now just Keflavik airport The Icelandic airlines used the airforce base's runway for international flights.
I know I heard that city name. Is were we fueled???? Jack Daniels was being past out or something stronger on USA Mac Go home planes back then. Keflavik could have been the spot ice man 57
Very nice shop. I suspect that a great number of tourists will visit the shop. I know that I certainly would visit if I were a tourist in town. Thanks very much for showing it.
That looks great! I hope to open up a shop later on in life and hope it's at least 1/2 as cool as yours is!
It looks, and sounds, like everything that I've ever wanted to have in a coin shop. It looks to be so different from my experiences with the only coin shops I can visit: Every square inch is devoted to "moving product" (if boxes of junk aren't laying all over the place), with security upskirt cameras making sure that I don't even think about stealing something. Your store looks almost as if it's from a bygone era.
All I can say is congradulations Siggi and I hope I can check out your store some day. Unfortuately Iceland is quite far and I'm not a big fan of cold places. But the coins and your store will lure me there some day
