1950 WHEAT CENT DD?

This looks like it can be a DD. I looked at all the 1950 cents i have and none have this extra neck.

yes it is but this is not incuse its protruding and its slightly crooked and
doesn't match up with the lettering on the reverse side.

 

I can't say for sure from the pic, but it does look similar to the 1951 listed on maddieclashes.com. It would be from the vertical bar of the N in CENT. Here is the link to the 1951.
