Most valuable coin find

What is the most expensive coin you have found in a roll

1999 Silver Eagle, lol. OK not a Roll find but someone turned it in at the job I had a few years ago. I nearly died when i seen it laying there. Paid a buck for it!

 

Last year I was fortunate enough to find a doubled die 1917 wheat cent in a bank box, about a nice VF. Subsequently sold it for $700. Haven't come close since.

 

Someday I think we are all secretly hoping to get that lucky, lol

 

1982 DDR, my avatar. found in a roll of cents in 2007. Got written up in all the coin mags. Exhibited it at various coin shows winning a 1/10th oz. of gold and 3 oz. of silver as prizes. I have since sold it for $4000.00

 

I have not found any thing interesting other that silver in a roll.

 

Mine would be the two 1950-D Jefferson nickels (one UNC, one VF)

 

Mine would be either a 1950 d nickel in VF or my 1912 a barber dime in VF.

 

1912 s wheat cent not amazing but pretty good
