is this DD and MD? also I was on wexlers site and noticed that all the
2013 DD cents have a crack or a die chip or both on left side of the shield.

Not a doubled die, and that is an incredibly common place for a die crack.

B in LB is not a doubled die?

Correct. Notice that if you took away the doubled part, the B would be smaller than it should be on a normal coin. A doubled die will never reduce the sizes of letters.

now looking at this The B looks more like a DD
than an MD. that B looks nothing like pic #1 on errorvariety
also there is no ramp in the B. also I think its unc
so the cent is shinny and took me quite a few shots just so You can get a glimpse of it.
its 2 B's no ramping. now if You were to compare the B on the 2013 cent to the link You
posted it looks more like a DD than and MD wouldn't You agree?

I say MD also. Take a look at this 2013 DDR. This should help you see that the B actually gets bigger, not smaller, at the same height.

No, I do not agree. As said, if you take away the doubled part, the B would be smaller than it should be.
