    What odd All the Tpg,s are very hard on FBL/Full bell lines even Anacs+Icg all go by Pcgs standards on MS Franklin s

    I didn't know there was more than one type of reverse for the 59.

    Numismedia Wholesale is $725 but it is worth more than that because of the toning/eye appeal.

    If you are talking about the area on Franklin's head I'm assuming that's just an area where the toned layer was rubbed off somehow. I don't think that is considered a scratch or affects the grade. Lehigh, or anyone else, please correct me if I'm wrong.
